The pulley system includes double sealed roller bearings for smooth movement, while the frame includes self-aligning plastic bushings and heavy-duty rubber spaces located below the weight stack for reduced sound upon impact.

The CT-MAB also includes comfortable foam cushions, molded from high density foam and covered with highly durable black vinyl.  With a 12 gauge minimum structural steel-tubed frame and ¼” thick flanges coated with a non-corrosive powder, the Multi Ab and Back machine is a durable option that is designed to last in just about any environment.

The machine holds up well in busy gym environments and in home gyms, and is easy to setup and operate as well.
